How do I ship items to the hotel?

FedEx Office is on-site and handles all of the Hotel’s inbound shipping. Please follow the instructions provided by the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Booth Setup & Breakdown

Booth Setup -  Begins at 8:00 AM on Monday morning and needs to be complete by 11:00 AM as participants will start arriving. 

Booth Teardown -  Begins Wednesday at 1:00 PM.

Booth Hours of Operation

Booths will not be open during General Session or during Breakouts on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Wednesday, February 5th
Booths Open - 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (optional)
