How do I ship items to the hotel?

FedEx Office is on-site and handles all of the Hotel’s inbound shipping. Please follow the instructions provided by the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Booth Setup & Breakdown

Booth Setup -  Begins at 7:30 AM on Monday morning January 31st and needs to be complete by 12:00 PM.

Booth Teardown -  Begins Wednesday at 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

Booth Hours of Operation

Booths will not be open during General Session or during Breakouts on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Monday, January 31st
Booths Set Up -  7:30 AM -11:00 AM
Booths Open - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tuesday, February 1st
Booths Open - 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (optional)
Booths Closed - Most Of The Day During General Sessions
and Breakout
Booths Open During The Party - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wednesday, February 2nd
Booths Open - 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (optional)
Booths Closed - Most Of The Day During General Sessions
and Breakout

COVID-19 Health & Event Entry Requirements

Important Heath & Event Entry Requirements

Event registrants must upload Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test for event entry.

  • COVID-19 test results must be from an accredited lab or physician's office.
  • The test must be performed NO SOONER THAN (3) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Event registrants will receive an email with instructions on uploading proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.
