How do I ship items to the hotel?
FedEx Office is on-site and handles all of the Hotel’s inbound shipping. Please follow the instructions provided by the Hyatt Regency Dallas.
Need help with booth selection or have other setup questions?
Booth Setup & Breakdown
Booth Setup - Begins at 7:30 AM on Monday morning September 12th and needs to be complete by 12:00 PM.
Booth Teardown - Begins Wednesday at 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
Booth Hours of Operation
Booths will not be open during General Session or during Breakouts on Tuesday or Wednesday.
